Keep control of maintenance and use the contractors you already trust. We handle marketing, screening, tenancies and every tenant conversation.

When something needs attention, we give you the report, photos and access details, including suitable dates and times, so you can arrange your contractor directly.

02 / With property management

Leave the day-to-day
maintenance to us.

Additional fee, agreed upfront

Everything in our core service, with the added support of Ashbeys organising contractors and coordinating day-to-day maintenance.

We handle the arrangements and keep you informed, giving you more time to enjoy the portfolio you’ve worked so hard to build.

The management scope and additional fee are agreed before you commit.

A considered arrangement

Clear from
the beginning.

We carry out our own fair market valuation, taking the property and the risks we assume into account. We agree a fixed monthly rent for a 24–36 month term, with the service fee, your monthly payment and each party’s responsibilities clearly set out before you sign.
